Before Christmas, we had the privilege of hearing from our five female regional committee members, who candidly addressed three important questions. They generously shared their wisdom on advising the next generation of female leaders, managing a busy schedule while maintaining mental health, and pursuing endeavors even if they end in failure. Their authenticity and openness resonated with the audience, leaving us feeling empowered and inspired by their insights.
