• All prices are GST inclusive and training registration costs must be paid in full before commencement, regardless of time of booking.
  • If you are unable to attend a training; a substitute can be nominated to attend in your place at no additional charge.
  • Course transfer requests received 5 days or less prior to course commencement will incur a $50 admin fee (subject to catering costs).
  • Cancellations that are more than 14 days before the training/workshop will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations that are less than 14 days, but more than 7 days before the training/workshop will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations that are less than 7 days before the training/workshop will receive no refund.
  • All course transfers must be booked within 3 months of transfer notification, otherwise course fees will be forfeited.
  • No recording of training sessions or reproduction or distribution of training materials is permitted.
  • Chamber NT reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions at any time.
